Hi there, from what I know this strange behavior is caused by using PLCSIM. PLCSIM has an internal timing in which it works, that differs from the timing in reality. In consequence you get these effects when you trace something like motion: Mathematically you know exactly how long it takes to do a motion, but the trace shows something else. I've had traces that showed axes moving with e.g. 100mm/s, but also showed that within a second it moved some 300mm (with virtual axis of course, so no external influence, just pure issue of internal and real time). In the end this is just PLCSIM and its timing. This chapter in PLCSIM's manual provides some more detail about it, though not really pointing out its consequences: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109814755/150861977483 Regards, |
