Visualizing PLC alarms in HMI Panel

Hello, and good afternoon to everyone!
I'm having a little fight here with an HMI panel who doesn't want to show me the alarms that the PLC has configured.
After making some research on google and several forums, and reading the manuals over and over again i am still unable to find a solution, so I wanted to ask for a little help around here.

Here's the thing:
I have a S7-1500 PLC connected via PROFINET to a KTP1000 Basic Panel, and I am running TIA Portal V13 SP1 UPD5. I have configured a Program_Alarm block with help of this post in a FB, as you can see in picture 1. When a button is pressed, it triggers the Program Alarm block and writes a string in the input #TEXTO_A_MOSTRAR.
In the panel, I have placed an alarm view as it says on the STEP_7_Professional_V13_enUS_en-US.pdf manual (Section 10.3/ Visualizing precesses>Working with alarms), but when I load the panel program, i am unable to see anything on the alarm view, it just displays a plain-black table with no text (Picture2).
But! I can see the alarm in the Events section, in the PLC embed Web Browser. (Picture3).

What can I do to see the events that the PLC shows me in the Web Browser, inside the HMI alarms view?

the BasicPanels doesn't support this feature , for y´this you should use a comfort Panel.

In that case, is there any way that I can manually send system/user alarm bits from the PLC to the HMI? From what i've found so far, in the "HMI alarms" section, i need to target to a word to make discrete alarms, but I really don't know how to do that.

I am using KTP1000 and S7-400. I am facing the same problem. Did you find any work around to solve this issue? Did you know the word or DB carrying PLC system alarms?

Sorry,this is different issue.

I am not trying to configure normal discrete alarms on HMI. I need to visualize PLC errors or alarms (example. rack failure,I/O failure) on HMI.

I tried normal way but, unfortunately my screen is basic.So I am trying to configure it manually by trying to reach the word on which these alarms are sent.
