VPN : PLC scan not working ?

And now they are deployed in differents factory in the world from our group. To connect to these machines, i use differents VPN, depending of differents factory uses. It's working well except one things : IN TIA15 : if i go in the menu : On line and diagnostic if i try to scan and to find differents plc Nothing append.… I have ask to open port 102 in TCP and UDP on every VPN. Broadcat is allowed too . response of ping is ok from every PLC…. Something is missing ?
