VPN remote diagnostic connection: cannot diagnose and/or parametrize it by trying to connect via V-Assistant

A complete Siemens automation with a 1500F CPU, a TP1000 Unified HMI, twelve G120C converters, some fieldbus I/Os and, of course, four V90 servos (configured in TIA by its GSD driver and parametrized by V-Assistant). Using a VPN remote diagnostic connection, from TIA I can see the entire Profi network, even the V90 servos, but I cannot diagnose and/or parametrize it by trying to connect via V-Assistant because after the network scan it doesn't find any device. This is a VERY ANNOYING problem!!! Every kind of suggestions will be appreciated. Thank you very much. simonspt I don't have AnyDesk and I don't have a computer on the remote site.
