If you can, describe me, for 96 DI, 16 DO and 8AI, the hardware configuration because the 750-303 interface is different ... Thank you again for your time. All the best ...

If you do not have the physical I/O now, do a sketch of the configuration you will use in your project (and stick to it when you do get them!). Then, as in page 7 of the Wago configuration document, select module per module the exact list of I/O modules you have in the hardware. Drag them one by one from the Wago 750-303 container of the Profibus-DP slave catalog (it should have appeared when you integrated the Wago gsd file in an earlier step also explained in the configuration note) into the Slave's configuration. In the example you see on page 7, they have dragged 3 I/O modules from the Wago container to the slave configuratioon; just do the same and continue dragging I/O modules until you have the same modules in your hardware and in the slave's configuration. If you do not chose to modify the addressing proposed by Step 7, then you can use the addresses selected directly. Again, for the example you are looking at, you can read the 2 analog inputs as PIW 256 and PIW258, the 24 DIs as I0.0 to I2.7, and you canuse addresses Q0.0 to Q1.7 for your outputs. In wago support file is describe another way for configuration (just in this case - unfortunately : my case). The first line of list in hardware config. in step7 is most complex module (e.g. AI, AO, counter ...) and, after, the digital module (e.g. DI) but no hardware module (e.g. 750-402 - in GSD collection for 750-303 is not present). Is suggested one "emulatted module" grether than or equal with the sum of all DI. My problems : -in AI or AO case (4 module or more) what is the sollution? the sum of AI or AO or, one by one, the hardware module (if exist in GSD collection); -i have two type of DI module. what is the structure of DI? one large sum or two parts of DI ? -in real configuration, the place of module is not acording with the wago example suggestion. is corect? if you know better this type of equipment, please send me your solution for my case. with my consideration.

If you want you can configure each module by the use of a universal module, well as long as this module does not require special parameters, this is true. Best regards J_Bell.

The communication is impossible (for me). The final solution (and more expensive) is replace the wago system with siemens system (ET200B). Thank you again for our support and, i hope,help you when you need. Thank you all...

pvaihel Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	The WAGO support was the first step in my "Golgota". But nothing. I send two e-mail and I call the local vendor. Nothing. The local vendor tell me " I cannot help. I'm commercial parts of this chain ..."I think the problem is the firmware, i don't know, because the s7 processor, always type the message " Module configured, but not availablePreset/Actual mismatch:(Inserted and configured module types are not the same)- Expected type: DP Slave (Order No. = ???)- Current type: Not available"Is possible the GSD file is incorrect. I don't know...Thank you again.
