want to make triangle button in wincc

Thanks, Regards, Mehtab Ahmed Hi. No need to apologise. Changes in technology regularly cycle us between expert and beginner. I do not know what knowledge you do have. It will also help if you remind me what WinCC version you have. Maybe also include what panel you wish to create this for. So I will fill in with general terms and you ask detail questions.. okay? There are some library files that already contain some samples. I will assume you need to know how to do it yourself. I suggest you go ahead and draw a triangle inside a rectangle block. I suggest software like Paint.Net. The colour of the rectangle block is the same colour as the background you use for your WinCC. In other words.. we are faking the look of the triangle. You need to draw x2 versions. One version for button "not pressed" and the other for button "pressed". Save these as BMP bitmaps for best results. Next you will create a button. I will assume you know how to do that - if not ask. For the button under PROPERTIES > GENERAL > MODE, you have the options text / graphic / ... . Select graphic and next to that selection choose your created pictures. (see JPG as guide for last step) You might also want to switch off the 3D look of the button. Just go through all the properties settings.. it is there. Come back to us and ask if something is unclear. Greetings. w Attachment Visual clue_Button with pictures on it.jpg (406 Downloads)

One thing though.. which version of TIA are you running? Perhaps licensed for WInCC Runtime? My solution was for a panel.. does that matter? w
