Want to replace motor module S120 - What's the steps which can be done to define him on control unit 320?

1-  I want replace motor module s120 I need know what's steps Which can be done to define him on control unit 320

2- I want to down load old upload program to the same control unit  cu320

With different motor module I make configuration and save but he give alarm fault

Now I'm add anew control unit 320 into system with motor module control for induction motor can explain how make anew configuration for thise system
