If the IM 153-2 modules you use in your project (you need one in every rack where you remove the S7-300 CPU and IM 361) support direct-data exchange functions, the inputs of your DP-slaves can be read by more than a single DP-master. However, outputs in your DP slaves can only be owned (controlled) by the first DP-master that configures them. The second master will not write to them.

In our projects we would prefer to configure one CPU as the DP master to collect data from the DP-slaves, and use a separate link to connect the 2 CPUs (in your case, they have a Profinet link available to exchange data between them). We would read /write DBs prepared for the exchange of all required data between the 2 CPUs. That way the second CPU was always updated on the value of the inputs from the Profibus network, and could request from the first CPU a write to one of the slaves.
