Web Navigator Publish failed

Peter Posts: 83 Rating: (8)	Hallo, I am using WinCC 6 SP4 and Web Navigator 6.1 SP1. After running Web View Publisher I got error message the NONE of my process pictures are succesfully published. Then I opened the PDLPAD and found out error message like the attachment. How could I accessed function AllFunc.wp_ and correct the error? It is possible that you are using one of the ~10% functionality that is not supported on the web [:(] Likely culprits are having a Logon button or Print Job button (calling a Report Designer report) on every screen. I recommend you just try publishing one PDL and seeing what happens. If it fails then post the PDL here and we can take a quick look to identify the cause. Peter Posts: 83 Rating: (8)	Thank you all, I had tried to regenerate header, try to look into my function but still no success. BTW, is there any possibility to search the "unsupported" function easily? My *** way is opening the function one by one and with a lot of coffee that help keeping my eyes open I search manually. I snapped also the unsupported function from Web Navigator online help. Are these only the "unsupported" function or should I see more? Herewith I attached the picture for the same. My guess is that you are also converting project functions, either C, VBS or both, and it is one of those functions that is giving the error. Peter Posts: 83 Rating: (8)	Hola... After 4 big cup of coffee finally I found the problem source. Yes it is one of those function, like Salma said [:D] Now I can publish all pictures. [:P] OK, OOT... I follow all instruction for making 1 PC as Web server but I could not get connetion from another PC as client (without WinCC, only Web Navigator installed). IE on client said the site is not found. hmmm any idea why? PS: firewall are disabled on both PC. Thanks, Peter

What are you entering in the IE address bar ? Either the server's computername or the server's IP address should work. If not then what happens if you run the WebNavigator client on the server itself ? By this I mean open IE on the server and test. Peter Posts: 83 Rating: (8)	Salma... you are right again. Salute ! My connection was not working since I tried to connect via our beautiful, complicated office net [:blush:] Proxy problem. I have tried with 2 of our IPC (Siemens IL43) and connection works. Problem: When client change picture then server is affected. I have heard of this internal tag sort of thing... is it true this problem because of this internal tag? Or is there any other way. mfg, Peter

Screen navigation in WinCC should be done using properties and not internal tags. This is the recommended way, to write to the PictureName property directly. The problem with internal tags is that web clients do not have any !! Only servers and normal WinCC clients have their own "internal" tags. Webclients get ALL data from the web server, which is the WinCC project. So changing an "internal" tag on a webclient is actually changing it in the WinCC project and that is shown on all connected clients. V. painful this one as it's not wrong, just incompatible [:cry:] Hopefully you can change the screen navigation scripts with minumum hassle ?
