Webnavigator 6.2 - connection problem

steffo Posts: 38 Rating: (0)	hello. I am running a Windows server 2003 Standard system with WinCC 6.2 + Webnavigator 6.2. My problem is when I try to connect to the webnavigator, I will not get connected. First the Application tells me 'Bad Username or Password' after a while i changes that text to: 'WinCC server is currently not active'. The winCC server is up and running without any problem, but still I cant connect. I have done about 5 alike systems with previous versions without problems.

WinCC User Administration "lost" the user configuration for my Web client. After I reinstalled the "lost" user all was well for about one day, then the problem returned. 2.When the problem returned, I confirmed that the user was not "lost"; thenI deleted the user and recreated it with a new password in User Administration. After that, the Web Navigator worked correctly again.
