Everything the WebNavigator needs for running Unknown I see this message in my browser (IE) but webnavigator just works fine. What can i do to remove this message? regards,

Enia Experienced Member Joined: 9/12/2008 Last visit: 10/21/2023 Posts: 73 Rating: (2)	Hello, On another PC i don't have any problems with that message. I use IE version 10. I also tryed to install V11 of IE but that doesn't work so i switch back to IE version 10.

Datigo Turia Joined: 10/30/2022 Last visit: 11/28/2024 Posts: 15 Rating: (0)	We discovered a way to fix the problem. To open the WinCC Web Navigator application we need to use Internet Explorer. As in the facility where I work Internet Explorer was phased-out, we use Microsoft Edge in IE emulation mode for that purpose. In Microsoft Edge, under Developer Tools, it is possible to select which version of Internet Explorer is being simulated. To remove the text block, one has to select an IE version that is older than 7.1. If the latest version of IE is used, as is the default case, the text block will be displayed on top of the screen. To summarize, changing the Internet Explorer simulation version to an earlier variant fixed the problem for us. Best Regards, Datigo
