Normally in case of WebNavigator, if you have a higher version client, it is compatible withfew lower version server. Check the FAQ. http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/17204272 But I not able to find any data on Web Navigator 7.0 but this is the one which is vista compatible. But I think you can try the following. Goto https://www.automation.siemens.com/hmi/html_76/products/software/wincc_optionen/navigator.htm#navigator-project From here you can install Web nav client 7.0 on one of the vista machines. Try if it works with your webserver. If this does not work, you may need to upgrade your webnavigator server and that may mean WinCC too. Or you can use a terminal server and use thin client option on all vista clients. This should be possible if you have enough terminal server licenses. |
