Webserver: How to insert a duration in the webinterface and store it in a DataBlock?

Hi all experts.

I have a question on a about a webserver on a s7-1500.
I want to make it possible for the user to insert a duration in the webinterface and store it in a DataBlock in my tia-program. The standard html-format for time cant be converted into a pcs7-1500 compatible format. 

Do you have an idea how I could solve this problem elegantly without having the user to pay attention to any format?
