We used S7-300 system. So please suggest suitable module for above system.

In Siwarex U you can used 2 Channel or Sinagle Channel Module, In ET200S You have Option of Siwarex CS Is there a demo project for SIWAREX U, FTA, FTC, CS, CF or MS?

Though I think there might be some instructions or blocks developed by some vendors for Loadcell as a device. I think you might use 4-20mA output from Loadcell, and then you may try to dig for some blocks for calibration / usage of that AI as loadcell application.

Something which I mentioned is my opinion, I worked on one of the application in Omron, which had those programmed code, which could be reused for Loadcell application. I just googled aboutSIWAREX, and looks like it is much more reliable and user friendly.
