WEILER M/C PROBLEM (ALARM : WAIT FOR CONNECTION TO NC/PLS-120202

CVRAO Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Dear Sir, WE have some problem in our WEILER M/C When weswitch on the power after some time alarm 120202: wait for connection to NC/PLC back side all LEDS are coming PS led is blinking 8sigment display is dark as per manual if 8sigment display is dark means module is faulty.we replace ccu1 board sir NCK and PLC general reset was done and we down loaded the programs NC arch and PLC arch thru MMI(103)still same alarms are coming . please suggest how to solve the problem what is the procudere to replace new ccu1 board sir im waiting for ur +ve result Thanks Sir Regards CVRAO KUWAIT STEEL KUWAIT

After clearing NC and PLC what is the indication of the LED's ???
