What diagnostic tool to use.

rjason Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hi All, We have experienced some problems in our system. There are instances when our servers OSS1 and OSS2 hangup but we are not able to see what the reason was. We have tried to check the event logs but there is no warning or error entries that corresponds to the time it occur. Sometimes OSS1 and OSS2 are running normally but our PI OPC server is not getting data from PCS7 and this issue will be resolved when we try to restart either OSS1 or OSS2. Can anyone here recommend on how to diagnose this kind of issue and how to control it not to recur. Is there a tool to use to help us diagnose this. Please help. Thanks, Jason
