What hardware is it necessary to create a SCADA with a S5-95U and the WinCC v6.0 SP3a?

It is possible to use only the interface V.24-TTY to achieve my objective or i need some specific CP? If this is possible, the driver of WinCC that I should use is the S5-AS511 driver ? I will thank any help
