You can say they are Administrator of this site. They can do anything, Move, split, transfer, delete, edit your thread. They also keep eye on every activity on the forum. They have to manage status of the Member and change status when required from Normal Member to Bronze, silver, gold, Platinum.... AND DIAMOND TOOOOO Regards Devesh Vithani
