What is a PG connection??

OPC_ENG Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hello, I am new to the simatic plcs and had a quick question in regards to the s7-200, s7-300 or s7-400: What is a PG connection?? I see that expresioneverywhere but I don't know what that is except that it only allows one connection :)

The PG connection that you arereferringto is the communication resource that is "typically" reserved in every CPU for it to be able to communicate with a programming device (typically a laptop or a desktop computer installed with Step7)
