what is the different between the reading from 0 to 20 mA amd the reading from 4 to 20 mA

Now 4 to 20 mA used more widely. One of the reasons for choosing 4 ..20 mA was the requirement of having "live" zero point which is better for diagnostics. Also there are more reasons which include one of the first used hardware and its operating range from 25% to 100%. I think this is nothing to do with accuracy.
