What is the exact meaning of Not Processed, why does this appean in the blocks window

Hello Experts,

I am right now testing a project which is in online. The part of the blocks have been written in S7 Graph. I want to locate in a Particular block which program is called or assigned to the other machines in the PLC. But as I click the spectacle icon on the top. If I see down of the opened block it showsnot processed. Neither I see any active part in green colour in the opened block. Normally is the case if any active part would found green in colour also at the down of the block window It would blink asRun. But in this case it does not show run rather it shows as"Not processed". Can any one let me know what is the exact meaning of it. I here with attach you a zip file of the snap shots. Looking forward to hear, your response.
