I have a similar problem. When I tried to use a MTP1200 the license "WinCC Unified PC RT PowerPack 1k" is asked.

I use a WinCC Advanced Combo license. Can there be any problem with this license instead of without "combo"?

 If you are talking about the simulation, that is the normal case.

Simulation always bases on the PC Runtime and leads to message Boxes telling you, that there is a licence missing for productive use.

You can ignore this for Simulation.

If you talk about Engineering i would need more Informations

To load or compile a new HMI device you need to have a PowerTags license installed on the computer??

PowerTags

For Unified Comfort Panels you only need a Unified Comfort Engineering Licence. This one is without PowerTags.

The Engineering for the PC-Systems is depending on the PowerTaags size.
