I need to buy a version of wincc. but i have no clue which one to buy. But i can't find a comparison of the different versions of wincc. i need a version of V13 but i have no clue which on does what. For example i need to work with recipes but I don't know the limitations of each version. I some could explain it to me/ link me to a page where the differences are explained, it would be a great help.

I already have TIA professional V13 SP1 and i'm working on a S7-1200 with a KTP600 basic color PN. So i know that the basic version is good enough to run these things but what i'm wondering is what difference in software is there between the versions? 

For the moment i already have the basic version but i recently watched a video where they used the command "loaddatarecord" on a button to load the values of a sertain data record. But i don't find this command. is this because he's working with a older version or because de basic just doesn't have these commands?

this function ia available in the BasicPanel 2nd Generation, but your Panel is the older one (1st generation) which doesn't support this command.
