Whats wrong with my spare unit current transmitter with same model?

To the Expert kindly help me. Our system was working with current transmitter (Brand : WEIGEL A1U 2.2), 4-20mA and 4 wire configuration. Analog Input Module is 331-7KF02-0AB0. When one of the transducer was found defective, we replace and then by thistimewe encounter that the HMI scree will directly display the maximum range even in stop mode. I try to measure using mA meter, reading is 4.00 mA. We already try all the spare unit but the same thing was happen.

To verify if the Input channel is good, I pulled some workding devices and install on thataddressand reading is good.

My Questions:

1. What will bethemain possible cause of this?
2. What will be the acceptable voltage between the mA output wire. As I measure, old unit has 24V but our spare is have only 14V, Does this will matter?
