When connected load SCR in drive broke

I have 6RA80 drive & operating in torque mode using set point as motor potentiometer .During commissioning motor working fine in without load but when i connected load broke SCR in drive. This happened two times.I have attached backup file of program .please help me.. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Optimization run. Please provide additional information e.g. mentioned as below. 1. Have you provided SITOR fuses at AC input side of drive as per Siemens recomandations? 2. Which optimisation runs were performed & were followed as per Siemens procedure explained in manual. 3. Have you set motor data correctly? 4. How you are commissioning drive i.e. via BOP or STARTER?
