There's a "Delay program execution:" drop-down list. This defines when the block is left. In your case, it will happen after the axis is synchronized. If for some reason this didn't happen it can wait infinitely.

the command exyecution continues if the slave axis is in state Syncronized(for the screen you attach).

Yellow highlight marks currently active/being executed block.

Here is waiting for a signal specific behavior. You must open up the block to check what the condition is. It can be high level, low level, rising edge or falling edge.

the signal you wait for is input 0.2 defined in i/o symboltable.
