when ethernet connection disconnected how to know..

Please its very urgent help me out i'm using S7-300 315-2DP and CP 343-1 lean module, which is connected to a PC for Data Logging Purpose. my problem is when PC is turned off or ethernet connection disconnected, i want to display a messageon HMI that PC is not connected. the big problem ishow to get this info. from CP 343-1 lean module that PC not connected.. how will PLC come to Know in the same way i'm using IM-151 Modules When PROFIBUS disconnected it will show BF on PLC is there any way that we can catch some bit and display on HMI that Profibus Disconnected Thanks in advance
