Hi, I'm commissioning a little machine wiith 3 axis, and I'm working with TIA V14.1 SP6 and Simotion Scout 5.1. When I'm going to verify jog, after a few minutes the axis freeze with the error 30002: Command aborted (Reason: 31, command type: 3101) substantially almost the same error that happened to blurp76. I already done all the upgrade that TIA upgrade can find so, if this is really a bug of Scout 5.1, I'm asking myself if somone knows how to fix this. Any kind of help is really aprreciated. Thanks in advice. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Show the code for your jog function and describe your testing procedure. |

Hi Jacked, thanks for the answer. In the attached .txt you can find the jog code. I would like to point that the same code works fine with scout 4.3 Anyway, my jog testing procedure is simply move forward and backward from the HMI all the three axis. After few minutes I move them, they freeze. The only way I found to make them working again is to stop and run again CPU. With TO-Trace, I normally found a _MC_MoveVelocity command, followed by a _MC_Stop. When the axis freeze, I can only see a _MC_MoveVelocity command and nothing else, no _MC_Stop command is in the trace list. Thank you. Attachmentjog.txt (441 Downloads) |
