when i link fuzzycontrol++ and Step 7. it can't connect to Targetsystem

I installed the sofware "Fuzzy control ++ V5.0_IT4Industry", but when i create a project and link to S7 project in the tab "Selection", it appears the notice" Error loading DLL_The Siemens Sofnet S7 Product" is not installed! Some one could help me! Thanks! i have the same problem like u! can u give me the solution ? thank u very much ! a u Vietnamese ?
