Dear TIBI68, Thank you for the work you've done. I have successfully implemented your blocks in one of our machines. It's responsible for sending messages to a large LED display. I also have to implement it in our other machine for the same purpose.

Unfortunately I'm unable to compile it in TIA v13 and the other machine's program is only available in TIA cause of the newer HMI panels which are incompatible with STEP7. When I try to compile my project I get an error for MBMA340 (FB34):

Block interface, Library version conflict for P_SEND V2.0

 Is there any way you can help me? I know you've said you don't use TIA Portal, so maybe you could provide me with source code for this particular block? Any help will be greatly appreciated since we've already made investments in installing the LED display on the other machine.

perhaps I can give you any help:

in TIA Portal > Instruction you are able to change the version of the Library blocks. Click on the instruction block you need, on the right side there is the version, you can change with the drop-down

Perhaps, you need a other version as V2.0 for the P_SEND? Try, to change the version number and compile again...

Yes! That was the issue! After changing the version from the drop down list I can compile and download my project as a whole.
