Hello, i have a problem with a SIMOTION D445-2. I have some Force sensors which are connected in a ET200 Sp and they don't show anything. When I'm looking in Scout at adresses says some "Failure Detected" - Peripherie can not use synchronously. Can anyone help me? Bit 7: Periphery can not be used synchronously The SIMOTION controller is a sync slave on a bus. The bus connection is synchronous with the sync master but not synchronous with the application cycles of the SIMOTION controller. Access to the periphery is asynchronous and inconsistent! Remedy: Call function _synchroniseDpInterfaces () Bit 11: Profinet: Failure detected by submodule (e.g., channel failure) The connection to the connected device is OK. The error is to be found in the connected device. Troubleshooting: Diagnostic buffer, device diagnostics with HW Config Bit 17: substitute value behavior during access There is no connection to the opposite side (sum signal from bits 9 ... 16), i. there are no valid input data or the output data does not arrive at the terminal. The set substitute value behavior (substitute value, last value) has an effect on direct access to this address or during the process image update. Thanks. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

I can send you something like this. I've made export in XML from the project, because it is with TIA V13 connected and I can save it separately and is too big. Or you can tell me what picture do you need from where more exactly and I can upload them. Thanks. AttachmentCX_1.zip (521 Downloads) |
