When open the start.vi in labview 2019 getting error: .dll cannot be loaded or failed to load.

hi all

i have downloaded 99684399_LabVIEW_Library provided for communicating with siemens s120 with labview. When i open the start.vi in labview 2019 in Windows10 in 64 bit processor labview throws a error .dll cannot be loaded or failed to load.

i went through many websites and forums i could not find any info about dll error.

please let me know if im missing anything or need to add any new software.

I have not installed any TIA software in my computer.

Is there a Labview support team that you can reach out to in order to obtain help on your issue?

If the drive is simply telling you that the fieldbus connection is lost, and if you have no Siemens software involved in this project, it would appear wise to ask Labview (National Instruments).

The issue was the document doesnt mention about the WinPcap_4_1_3 file that needs to installed for the dll to work.

The old version of the same document mentions the same.
