When printing the report need to set a bit to show some message

I have an audit trail report, but when I am printing the report, I need to set a bit to show some message and don't let the system still working, for example. When the system os printing the report, it take some several time and I can't use a timer to stop the process. Can anyone help me? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Printing Via Comfort panel.

Is this right?
