Hello, I would like to bump this topic as i have the same question, I appear to be missing some setting to have a succesful HMI simulation. I'm using TIA Portal V15 Step 7 with WinCC advanced. I've created a small program with a 1200 PLC and a Sinamics drive. The PLC and drive hardware are real and actively running the program on my desk, the program works as intended. Now I've added a basic panel in my project but I do not have the actual hardware, so I would like to run my program on the PLC & drive and only simulate the HMI. My PC/PG interface is set to S7Online with my active ethernetport used to connect my PG to the PLC. The HMI is configured in my project as if it is connected via PROFINET to the PLC. As soon as i run the HMI simulator it starts up, and after a second it comes up with message 140001 connection disabled, and nothing happens in the simulation. Is there any setting which i'm doing wrong or missing? Thanks in advance ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hello I'm using a TP1500 Basic Color PN panel. The firmware version i am not sure about, I do not see a firmware version specified for the HMI anywhere. |
