When simulate hmi in desktop its shows all value #####

hi dear all respected i have a problem regarding tia 13 sp 2 , i have cpu315-2pn/dp and hmi ktp 900.when we simulate hmi in desktop its shows all value i #####, but hmi shows all correct value. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

check the setting for windows control panel -> pg/pc setting. what is configured here? |
