When switching to absolute mode getting error "EPOS: Reference point not set"

Needs axis/system to be referenced. 

 Same SINAPOS FB working with relative position mode and also working with jog control but when i switch to absolute mode the got same error
EPOS: Reference point not set

please help me how can i solved it?

Hi,

I need to disagree with the answer of TechTeam as I think you are using EPOS and SINA_POS FB and not Technology objects.

So for EPOS you have several options to reference your axis.

If you have an absolute encoder you should go to the EPOS masks and start the absolute encoder adjustment. It just needs to be done once.

You can also use the function "set reference point", active homing or passive homing.
