Hi Aibin, To log alarms on the WinCC Unified Comfort Panel, you must configure logging correctly. You may have forgotten to assign an alarm class to logging. You must also make sure that the runtime is shut down correctly before unplugging the storage device. If not, the current logging segment may not be written correctly. However, one important fact - which you probably already know - is that you must trigger an alarm in order for it to be logged. If these hints do not help, please provide more details about the system you are using, the versions, and your configuration. Kind regards |

The configuration is correct, and alarms can also be recorded. How can the data in Table LoggedAlarmValue be generated? |
