Where are DP_SEND and DP_RECV blocks?

hernan_e Posts: 53 Rating: (2)	A silly question, but.. Where are DP_SEND and DP_RECV blocks? I always thought FC were exclusive user blocks, and not for system use.. I have a CPU 314 and a CP342-5, and I don't see those blocks anywhere, I've tried to call by name in STL to see if were a different FC but nothing... what could be happening? I thought that when I add CP342-5 to hardware I had FC1 and FC2 defined by user functions, but I have already deleted them and nothing new.. any ideas? thanks Splitted from CP 342-5 SEND instruction is not Writing on PLC .

J_Bell Posts: 5822 Rating: (412)	Hello, are you aware of the use of Libraries in STEP7? If so, please open the SIMATIC_NET_CP Library and check the CP 300 section and there the blocks. There you will find the FC 1 and FC 2. Best regards J_Bell
