          I could do with some help, I have just started getting re-acquainted with Siemens after many years of using Rockwell. 2002 was the last time I was involved with any Siemens projects

I need to download S7-1500 Motion Control V15 otherwise I cannot restore a project backup, I just cannot find where to download this from. Please see attachment for error

I am having the same problem. Did you find a solution?

Best guess is that you have a damaged installation. The motion control is integrated into the base Step7 (TIA) installation. Update your TIA Portal installation to the newest updates to see if it solves your problem.

Other than that, consider making a free support request with Siemens Support. Use the "Support Request" web link below the heading of this web page.

Run repair option, it works for me.

Or

Reinstall TIA PORTAL V15.1 again.
