where can I get a CE certification document.

I have to submit a CE certification document about siemens component and I already requested the document of CE to siemens office. but they said, try to find it for myself. TT so, could you tell me, where can I get a CE document. (SMC30 : 6SL3055-0AA00-5CA2 , TM31 : 6SL3055-0AA00-3AA0) please help me.

In your case, certificates are available for Sinamics S converters. In this link you will find these certificates.
