Where is Device>Reset in PDM V6 SP5?

efrancy Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	I have been trying to figure out how to do a factor reset on our device. I was told there was a 'Factory Reset' function in PDM to do this, but the menu item is not there. Should this available in V6/Sp5 of PDM? Someplace else? Do I need a newer version of PDM? help -ed

Photon Posts: 18 Rating: (0)	I've discovered the issue. I need to log on to PDM as a Specialist, then the reset menu appears. When I do the the factory reset, I get a series of errors. I assume that is because once the reset hapens, the address is changed and comms fail, but the reset does take effect and the address is returned to 126. -ed
