Hi Graeme, You can check the license content with the SIEMENS Web License Manager (https://workplace.automation.siemens.com/pls/swl-pub/swl_main_menu.navigation_head). Choose the menu “Show License Key”, select “Hardware serial number” and enter the serial number (in your case 390062326816115) as the search string. Then you will see the License Key and you can get a License Report by email summarizing all assigned licenses (see attachment). In the following I describe another way to see what licenses are stored on the memory card:Go ONLINE with SCOUT to the SIMOTION controller. Select the controller in the SCOUT project navigator and select the context menu “Licenses”. Then you will see all necessary licenses and all available licenses on the memory card. By the way, I wonder about the Z-Option. The Z-Option should be in this way: 6AU1720-1JA00-0AA0-Z M24. This means the memory card will be preinstalled with the Multi AxesPackage for C2xx.
