Which type of Siemens module (S7 200 or 300 or 400 or 1200) support 16 or 15 bit resolution?

Hello Selvaraj; This information is available in various manuals from Siemens. Here for example iswhere you will find ths informationfor the S7-300 analog modules: SIMATIC S7-300 S7-300 Automation System Module Data The attached file shows the results for all analog input modules of the S7-300 family (currently distributed). The resolution of the analog IO in the S7-200 and S7-1200 are low, if ùi remember well, in the order of 11 bits + sign. For the details of modules in theS7-200 family, look at the technical specifications sectionof the "S7-200 System manual"; use the Search box at the right of this page to locate it.
