While add a screen, it shows black background and unable add elements

To the others: Please make sure to uncheck the "Activate secure Download" possibility as Denilson suggests.

I couldn't get my simple, one button runtime project into run mode with that option activated (call customer support).

We have installed wincc unified on Windows 7 OS, 

while add a screen, it shows black backgroud and unable add elements,
