Why are there different versions of the IPD for similar motor modules?

What sort of information about the module is contained there.Anything to worry about with this card when I am configuring themodule , like drive cliq configuration? Are these cards interchangeable?

As i said before this card contains the information about the kind of module (motormodule, infeed and so on).
You don´t have to worry about the card - its just an addition to the used CIM card. You can change this card from the same module to another module of the same type.

 Why are there differnet vesrsions of the IPD for similar motor modules eg from the Giudie on replacing COB with CIM/IPD

The IPD has to be selected for the Performance KW

What will had if i put an IPD card fro 1200 KW into a Motor module that was reated 1000KW ?

Hello,

every IPD is designed for nominal current of power module. If you use IPD for different PM, you will not have correct feedback for current regulator.
