Why can't start Simulation after instal UPDATE 3 ?!!!

I have came across this similar situation in WinCC RT Professional project, but i am not able to recollect if I had a the error message. After closing the TIA Portal and opening it again, then the problem did not repeat.

Can u start Wincc pro RT with old (previous) project?!
