Hello, i had the same problem a week ago, i solved it by using OPC scout V10. The server is online but Wincc dont succeed to reach/ browse tags.

1: The opc connexion is well declared  eg: OPC_Server_DA.1

2: Use OPC Scout in order to find the tag you need

3: Copy the ID of the tag you want to display in opc and paste it in "adress" in the Wincc tags table.

The id is in fact the adress of the tag, Wincc will display the value as you wanted. Don't forget to set the connexion.
