Why not getting the Gross weight value?

I am getting zero reading at the display on client WINCC Scada.

The Siwarex module I am using is

7MH4950-1AA01,

When I check the voltage

Sense+   sense -  = 6V

EXC+   EXC -      = 6V

SIG+   SIG -       = 1.8mV

When I check the Siwarex module LED's

SF is ON

ST1 OFF

ST2 is ON

load cell is connected as channel 1, 

I am using SFC58 and SFC59, to rad and write When I check in the PLC

• Gross Weight is 0
• Status word is  decimal  3
• Asynchronous word value is  decimal 128 (as per manual this value mean it is overload or characteristic value is not ok)
• synchronous word value is decimal 2 (as per manual this value mean job can not be executed due to malfunctioning)

can anybody help me why I am not getting the Gross weight value? how I can rectify this issue.?

When tank is fill then it show zero and when tank is empty then also zero.
