Why TIA Portal V17 is slow?

I use WinCC professional and WinCC unified and daily use is frustrating, opening pages, changing properties, opening lists all very slow. I can understand compiling and uploading but not editing and drawing. Good old WinCC classic V7.x got me used to quick script changes, file copies between projects, all very crude but effective and fast. The TIA is a beautiful environment if it were fast in the interface, but it doesn't, it seems to always execute a lot of code to redesign the UI that needs to appear. How can you make it faster? Is it possible that nobody hates this operation? Is it a problem only mine? I currently use it with 20GB of RAM, SSD and 3.2GHz CPU If I have to buy a Gaming-class PC give me the features to make TIA V17 (and V18) work at its best. Thanks for any advice

You can find the minimum installation requirements for TIA Portal V17 in the corresponding manual and I suggest you check the compatibility with Kompatool.
