hello,

When I connect with HMI and CPU with TIA portal on my computer and after getting online, i use the start simulation button to see my HMI live. 

The problem is the numbers are not seen and the font is weird, some parts are not fitting. I checked all settings but could not find how to fix this problem. 

I want to record a video about the software from my PC and looks like this is the best way. I will appreciate to any help.

The ### indicates there is no connection with the PLC.

Please check the PG/PC interface.
